In tribute to Alzheimer’s & Brain and Awareness Month, Jane speaks with celebrated four-star chef, producer, and motivational speaker Madison Cowan. In his role as chef, he has catered to actors Halle Berry, Scarlett Johansson and Anthony Anderson, rapper and poet Mos Def, fashion icon Donna Karan, and former President Bill Clinton, to name a few. Among his many other accomplishments, Chef Cowan won three consecutive episodes on the Food Network’s hit show, Chopped, to become the first ever Grand Champion.
